Cottage 1 is a 2-bedroom cottage, featuring an open-plan kitchen/living area.  The Master Bedroom has a super-king bed and an en-suite bathroom and the 2nd Bedroom has 2 twin beds.  The kitchen is fitted out with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer drier.  The main bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and basin, while the en suite has a bath, toilet and basin.  There is a patio area outside the cottage with table and chairs.
